Some rollers were popping out of place due to some damage to the metal parts and our team had to fix the damage and keep them from getting off track.
After our team arrived on-site they decided to start by doing some repairs on the bent garage door track. They cleared out some debris caught in the track and checked out the roller’s functionality. As soon as they repaired the track our team lubricated the rollers and reinserted them into the right position in the track. They suggested to the customer to lubricate the rollers himself every half a year or so but also to clear the track as much as he could. In the end, we tested Mr. McDonald’s door a couple of times to see the roller’s functionality but also to check that they run smoothly inside the track.
